Welcome! I'm a licensed clinical social worker practicing analytic psychotherapy and psychoanalysis in Hayes Valley with adolescents, adults, elder adults, and couples. People I work with often come because of symptoms of depression or anxiety, stuckness of all kinds, identity formation, life transitions, grief, issues with anger, and more. And sometimes people just want to use the therapy space to get to know themselves better or find support for their spiritual journeys. I work with people 1-5x/week.

I'm always struck by how therapy helps us unstick. We just weren't meant to solve all our problems alone. In our work, I'll meet you where you're at, at your pace. Together, we'll create the space where insights can emerge, you know yourself more deeply, and you start to feel better. The skills I bring keep us moving forward, combining present listening with eliciting and sharing reflections. While I'll bring my own perspectives from experience and training, I also welcome push back. This is a collaborative space. I welcome conversations centering identity and social location, including race, sexuality, gender, country of origin, and more.
